Spring is right around the corner and with it comes turkey season and morel mushroom season. A couple of great activities that give you a chance to enjoy Michigan's State Game Areas. Course if you're turkey hunting make sure the game area you're interested in is within the area and time period your hunting permit covers. Now with that being said if you're searching for some new ground to explore you can find printable maps for all of Michigan's State Game Areas right on the internet.

Do a google search for Michigan State Game Area Maps. Likely the first result that comes up will be DNR-State Wildlife/Game Areas. That link will take you to the page that accesses the maps you're after. Follow the instructions on the page, or click on the county you're interested in and look for Provided: Area Map ( PDF). Clicking on that link will bring up the map you're looking for.
